Each bottle hand labeled and numbered. Label is a combination of tin (metal), wood and paper. It’s complexity comes from a long fermentation with a double pot-still distillation.
Blend of rums aged 7 years in ex-bourbon oak barrels. Beautiful overproof rum with creamy nose and complex palate with long wood, dry fruits like figs and butterscotch flavors.
Reminiscent of a great 15 year old whiskey. Best enjoyed “neat” or on the rocks. Great with a cigar. Bottled only in 750ml units.
